Set-Up

Volunteers are needed for the following tasks:

- Unload

- Roll Silverware

- Prep Restaurant

- Set-up grooming lounge

5:30pm

Volunteer Meeting and Grooming Lounge Opens

Grooming Lounge Presented by Creme of Nature

Volunteer Meeting:

- Learn the duties and roles of #SundaySoulEssence
- Servers will receive aprons and trays
- Kitchen staff will receive gloves and hair ties
- Review Menus and Event Highlights

6pm

Dinner is Served

Sunday Soul Essence Opens

- Service Structure: Beverages, Appetizers, Soups and Salads, Entrees and Desserts

Join Us as Chef Or Sponsor in Essence!

We're looking for FOUR chefs to join us for the affair, chefs are asked to prepare a signature meal of their choice for 50 guests- Appetizer, Entree and Two Side. Bakers are also needed, we need cupcakes, cakes, pies and all the sweets.

- Dinner Rolls
- Assorted Sodas, Tea, Lemonade or Ice
- Toiletries - Toothbrushes, Washcloths, Soaps ect.

Help us throw an amazing event, one to remember, for those we serve!
